<p>A radiation image conversion panel of excellent quality having reduced particulate and X-ray damages (luminance deterioration). There is provided a radiation image conversion panel comprising a support and, superimposed thereon, a stimulable phosphor layer having a stimulable phosphor dispersed in a polymer resin, the stimulable phosphor consisting of particles whose gross average particle diameter is in the range of 3.0 to 10.0 µm, the stimulable phosphor having minimum average particle diameters among the stimulable phosphor particles exhibiting an average particle diameter of 2.0 to 6.0 µm while the stimulable phosphor having maximum average particle diameters among the stimulable phosphor particles exhibiting an average particle diameter of 6 to 15 µm, the stimulable phosphor having minimum average particle diameters or the stimulable phosphor having maximum average particle diameters exhibiting a content of 10 to 90 mass% based on the total quantity of the stimulable phosphor, wherein the stimulable phosphor particles having minimum average particle diameters and the stimulable phosphor particles having maximum average particle diameters realize a luminescence intensity ratio of 0.8 to 1.2.</p> |
