A washing apparatus for livestock, pets, machines, articles and the like comprises a substantially rigid and hollow vertical support member (11) securely attached to a vertical support or embedded in the ground (26). A second slideably and rotationally connected cantilevered sleeve or hollow tube (12), conformed to engage and pivot at the top of the vertical support member (11). The hollow tubes are sized to allow insertion and passage of a substantially flexible tube, or hose (13), through the hollow tubes (12) to support and position the water delivery end of the flexible hose. With this arrangement the water delivery is provided in an elevated and supported, but moveable, configuration allowing overhead delivery of water and solutions through a wide arc up to 360 degrees.
