<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable oil product including palm oil product which contains more than one component selected from the group consisting of a monoacylglycerol, diacylglycerol, triacylglycerol, carotene, tocol, phytosterol, squalene and free fatty acid from vegetable oil resources, and to provide a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the vegetable oil product can be achieved by extracting selectively desired components and removing undesired components and impurities, and by operating a relative solubility of these components and impurities in supercritical carbon dioxide, supercritical propane, supercritical ethylene, supercritical propylene or supercritical fluid of a mixture thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
