PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a content for a non-contact card function, and to easily perform addition/deletion of the content for the non-contact card function.

SOLUTION: This mobile body terminal 11 mainly has: a mobile machine OS 31 executing various functions of the mobile body terminal 11; a FeliCa application manager (FAM) 32; a FeliCa device driver 33 driving a FeliCa OS 35 according to control of the FAM 32; and a FeliCa chip 34 storing the FeliCa content. On the FAM 32, a JAM 36 managing an application of Java having a network computing function, an API for a browser start, and a KVM 37 that is a device executing the API operate, and another application such as a browser 38, a menu 39 or a FeliCa viewer 40 operates.
