PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a desired high frequency component when suppressing vibration generated in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A vibration controlled supporting mechanism 3 for generating vibration damping force with the fluctuation of atmospheric pressure in an air chamber 25 comprises selector valves 28a, 28b both of which introduce negative pressure and atmospheric pressure into the air chamber 25. When it is constructed with one selector valve for fluctuating atmospheric pressure in the air chamber 25, wherein the cycle of a main drive signal for driving the selector valve is T and the order of a high frequency component to be suppressed is N, one phase of a selector valve drive signal relative to the main drive signal is advanced by T/(4×N) and the other is delayed by the same. A N-order high frequency signal for pressure fluctuation caused by the opening/closing operation of each selector valve driven by the selector valve drive signal is in opposite phase, and as a result the N-order high frequency signal is counterbalanced.
