PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment apparatus managing system, a management apparatus, an equipment apparatus managing method and an equipment apparatus managing program to manage the equipment apparatus well through a first communication line, a message apparatus and a second communication line according to necessity. SOLUTION: The equipment apparatus managing system 1 manages an abnormality of air conditioning equipment 12 through the first communication line 50 and is provided with the message apparatus 30 and a remote management center 20. The message apparatus 30 transmits abnormal information through the first communication line 50 based on the occurrence of the abnormality of the air conditioning equipment 12. The abnormal information is related to the abnormality of the air conditioning equipment 12 and received from the air conditioning equipment 12 through a network 14. The remote management center 20 receives the abnormal information from the message apparatus 30 through the first communication line. The remote management center 20 transmits re-access setting information to the message apparatus 30 through the first communication line 50 based on receiving the abnormal information.
