PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner resin composition and a toner having excellent low temperature fixing property, high temperature offset resistance and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The toner resin composition contains a crosslinked polyester obtained by the reaction of a branched polyester having 2,000 to 10,000 number average molecular weight with an epoxy compound having three or more epoxy groups in one molecule.
