PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a pipe joint, which structure can be welded without a back seal, and does not cause oxidized scales on the inside surface of a pipe. SOLUTION: This structure 10 of the pipe joint is for joining an end portion 14 of a first pipe material 12 and an end portion 15 of a second pipe material 13, arranged in contact with the first pipe material 12, by butt welding. An inside fitting portion 14a is formed at the end portion 14 of the first pipe material 12 so as to elongate in the circumferential direction, and also a first bevel 14b is formed on the radially outside of the inside fitting portion 14a so as to elongate in the circumferential direction. An outside fitting portion 15a which is fitted on the radially outside of the inside fitting portion 14a is formed at the end portion 15 of the second pipe material 13, and also a second bevel 15b is formed at the position, where is on the end face of the outside fitting portion 15a and faces to the first bevel 14b, so as to elongate in the circumferential direction.
