摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device in which the lifetime of an X-ray tube can be controlled efficiently. SOLUTION: The remaining lifetime of an emitter 32 is computed based on the current value of the emitter 32 and the X-ray exposure time data by an external remote control device. When the remaining lifetime of the emitter 32 is less, an emitter lifetime warning signal is displayed on an emitter remaining lifetime display part. The measured data of degree of vacuum inside the vacuum housing 22 is collected by the external remote control device. When the degree of vacuum inside the vacuum housing 22 is in the level of discharge frequent occurrence, a vacuum degree drop warning signal is displayed in a vacuum degree related display part. The X-ray dose drop prediction is computed by calculating the temperatures of a positive electrode target 34 based on the X-ray exposure condition by the external remote control device. When the X-ray dose drop prediction is judged as an X-ray intensity drop failure level, an X-ray dose drop warning signal is displayed on a dosage drop related display part.
