PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output dielectric isolation type DC-DC converter device capable of utilizing a detection signal with reference to various operational safeties, while suppressing an increase in a circuit burden. SOLUTION: An input state monitoring circuit 92 for monitoring the state of an input side circuit of the input/output dielectric isolation type DC-DC converter device is applied with a power voltage using the potential of battery 1 as a reference. The controller 91 which PWM controls the DC-DC converter circuit 90 of the input/output dielectric isolation type DC-DC converter device is applied with the power voltage using the potential of the output side circuit of the input/output dielectric isolation type DC-DC converter device as a reference. In an input state monitor circuit 92, a pulse signal having a duty ratio or a pulse width corresponding to the magnitude of the battery 1 voltage is transmitted to the controller 91 through a photo-coupler 93, while the information with reference to the leak current of a sub-power switch 8 is transmitted to the controller 91 by changing the cycle of the pulse signal.
