<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of a blow-nozzle in a blow-head device for supplying molding sand to a mold-making apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The blow-head device is provided with a hopper 10 for receiving the molding sand S<SB>1</SB>kneaded with a molding sand kneader and a supplying control valve 20, and the weighed molding sand is fed to a blow-chamber 30. The blow-chamber 30 pours the molding sand into a mold from the blow-nozzles 50 fitted to a blow-plate 40. At the upper part of the blow-plate 40, a screen member 100 having three-dimensional-shaped metal net is arranged and block K<SB>1</SB>contained in the molding sand S<SB>1</SB>is caught to prevent the clogging of the blow-nozzle 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
