<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current output drive circuit capable of realizing various types of flickering pattern by a relatively small scale program, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Based on reference current set data stored in a control register 14 and operated logically by a logic circuit 13, a variable reference current IREF is output from the variable current source VIS-i in a reference current generating circuit 12.
