PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce an EMI level without using an EMI countermeasure components and a shielding of a case body which cause cost increase. SOLUTION: The image recording apparatus comprises an A/D converter 97 for converting a decoded video signal into a digital signal, a digital process circuit 98 for performing signal processing to the digitized signal, a memory 103 for storing the signal to which the signal processing is performed, and a spread spectrum clock generator SSCG1 for providing a basic clock that is spread-spectrum processed to the A/D converter 97, the digital process circuit 98, and the memory 103.
