PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact imaging apparatus which excels in assembly nature, and furthermore can demonstrate shielding effect. SOLUTION: A shield component 10 comprises a first cut piece 12b for fixing a substrate 5 to a housing 1 and a second cut piece 12c for grounding to a ground 5b of the substrate 5, when the shield component 10 is installed to a housing 1. Thereby, the substrate 5 can be fixed to the housing 1 only by attaching the shield component 10 to the housing 1, without using screws or solder etc., and grounding to the ground 5b of the substrate 5 can be done.
