PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce input capacities at input-output terminals while ensuring a high performance even when the input capacities are lowered in this manner. SOLUTION: An electrostatic protective circuit has: a first power terminal 1 at a specified potential VDD in an integrated circuit on a semiconductor substrate; a second power terminal 2 at a potential VSS lower than the specified potential; and an input-output signal terminal 3. In the electrostatic protective circuit, the electrostatic protective circuit has: first and second diodes 4 and 5 in which each cathode electrode is connected in series between the first power terminal 1 and the input-output terminal 3 by a first common connection point 11; and third and fourth diodes 5 and 6 in which each anode electrode is connected in series between the second power terminal 2 and the input-output terminal 3 by a second common connection point 12. In the electrostatic protective circuit, the electrostatic protective circuit further has: a first discharge element 8 connected between the first common connection point 11 and the second common connection point 12 for discharging an excess static electricity; and a second discharge element 9 connected between the first power terminal 1 and the second power terminal 2 for discharging the excess static electricity.
