PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information collation device and system for notifying a user who is frequently unauthenticated of necessity for re-registration, and for promoting the user to re-register the registration data by preventing the user from feeling any discomfort. SOLUTION: This biological information collation device is configured to preliminarily register biological information as biological identification information for personal authentication, and to acquire biological information for personal authentication from an authentication object person, and to collate the biological information with the biological identification information for personal authentication, and provided with an authentication deciding part 14 for deciding whether or not the personal authentication has been normally performed, a re-registration determination part 15 for determining whether or not the re-registration of the biological identification information is necessary based on the unauthenticated frequency calculated by storing the authentication results from the authentication deciding part and a re-registration notifying part 16 for notifying the user that the re-registration of the biological identification information is necessary based on the determination result of the re-registration determination part.
