PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SIP-AP server system to be merged with a Web-AP server system having a virtual host function while providing an AP on an SIP environment. SOLUTION: In this SIP-AP server system 10, a plurality of handlers 12, 14 and 16 connected to an UAC for transmitting/receiving an SIP message and a plurality of SIP-AP execution servers 20, 22 and 24 for executing SIP-AP are connected through a virtual host manager 18, and the virtual host manager 18 associates each of those handlers with any of the plurality of SIP-AP execution servers, and connects each of those handlers to the corresponding SIP-AP execution server by using an identifier for identifying each SIP-AP execution server.
