PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device wherein the reduction in quality of a picked-up image of an imaging device is reduced by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The display device with the imaging device includes a first transparent substrate 111, a second transparent substrate 112 provided so as to have a surface opposed to the rear side of the first transparent substrate 111, transmission wiring 118 for imaging device/GPU which is formed on the second transparent substrate 112, an imaging device 300 provided on the second transparent substrate 112, and a GPU 400 which is provided on the second transparent substrate 112 and performs image processing of the picked-up image of the imaging device 300. In this configuration, the imaging device 300 and a GPU 400 are connected by the transmission wiring 118 for the imaging device/GPU. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
