PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform miniaturization and weight reduction of a camera module even when an automatic focusing function and a zoom function are incorporated using a piezo element in the camera module. SOLUTION: First and second lead screws 18 and 19 are adapted to engage into first and second lens holders 15 and 16, respectively and the first and second lead screws are arranged approximately in parallel with a light axis. The first and second lead screws are arranged approximately in parallel with the light axis. A first rotor 20 is attached to an edge (lower edge) of the first lead screw, a second rotor 22 is attached to an edge (lower edge) of the second lead screw, an operation part 21a of a first piezo element 21 is pressure welded on the external perimeter of the first rotor and the first piezo element extends in a surface to approximately perpendicularly cross the light axis. In addition, an operation part 23a of a second piezo element 23 is pressure welded on the external perimeter of the second rotor and the second piezo element extends to the same direction as the first piezo element.
