PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device enhancing ventilating performance without changing a rotating direction by disposing a centrifugal fan in one ventilation flue, and combining air supply and exhaust functions with simple structure without opening a large hole in a wall. SOLUTION: The ventilating device is composed of a ventilation duct body 1 provided with an air supply port 1a and an exhaust port 1b in one side face and a centrifugal fan type blower 1c in the ventilation flue which connects the air supply port 1a and exhaust port 1b inside; a ventilation tube 3 connected to the air supply port 1a or the exhaust port 1b; and a switching means 5 for switching the connection destination of the ventilation tube 3.
