PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage body enabling anyone to easily confirm the quantity of a sealed cold storage agent by visual observation. SOLUTION: In the cold storage body A with the cold storage agent L sealed in an approximately quadrangular flat container 1, the container 1 is formed of synthetic resin which makes the cold storage agent L inside visible, and a reference graduation 10 is provided showing the minimum quantity which allows the effective use of the cold storage agent L in the container 1 in the erected state of the container 1 with one of four sides placed at the bottom.
