SOLUTION: In a torque transmission coupling 1 comprising a clutch portion 39 connected and disconnected between a pressing plate 61 and a pressure receiving portion 59 in accordance with application and releasing of suppress strength, and capable of adjusting transmission torque between a rotating shaft 19 and a drive pinion-shaft 21, a coil spring 44 for applying energizing force to reduce a clearance between the pressing plate 61 and the pressure receiving part 59, and a movable member 95 transmitting the energizing force by the coil spring 44, and receiving reaction force in connection between the pressing plate 61 and the pressure receiving portion 59, are threadably and rotatable supported on a third carrier 7.
