PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pipeline having corrosion resistance as a whole by covering the metal pipeline at its outer face with a resin coating and at its inner face with a resin liner. SOLUTION: Cast iron pipes 12 each having the resin coating 28 formed on the outer face are prepared, and a spigot 20 of one cast iron pipe 12 is inserted into a socket 18 of the other adjacent cast iron pipe 12 to join the cast iron pipes 12 to each other. Similarly, the cast iron pipes 12 are connected together into a preset length and the preset-length resin liner 14 is inserted into the cast iron pipes 12 to form the cast iron pipeline 10. The corrosion of the whole cast iron pipeline 10 is prevented by covering the cast iron pipeline 10 at its outer face with the resin coating 28 and at its inner face with the resin liner 14.
