PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air cooling device suitably taking traveling wind into an intercooler provided above an engine. SOLUTION: A flat air duct 21 introducing traveling air from vehicle front into an intercooler is provided extendingly from the intercooler toward vehicle front, a front end part of an air duct 21 is arranged in a gap between an upper part of a shroud panel 6 and a hood front part, a depression 6a depressing downward is provided on a section of the shroud panel 6 where a front end part of the air duct 21 is positioned, and a lower half part 21d of the front end part of the air duct 21 is provided in the depression 6a.
