PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep sodium ä[3-(2-amino-1,2-dioxoethyl)-2-ethyl-1-(phenylmethyl)-1H-indol-4-yl]oxy}acetate (referred to as a compound (I)) in an aqueous carrier, and to provide a high-quality, excellent lyophilized formulation containing the compound (I), keeping homogeneous phase, good in reproduction, and causing no disintegration thereof during storage. SOLUTION: The lyophilized pharmaceutical formulation comprises the compound (I), a dissolution agent and a stabilizer.
