<p>Dielectric with dielectric constant 500-1500 comprises in wt.% 55-80 BaTiO3, 4-15 SrTiO3, 4-15 CaZrO3, 0.5-5 Bi2O3 prepared by mixing in oxides of Ti, Sn and Zr, pressing and firing at 1150-1250 degrees C.</p>
