<p>In an opening/closing-type monitor device, an insertion hole (3c) is provided in a display holding member (3), the insertion hole (3c) being located at a position in proximity to a housing (2), in the vicinity of a rotary shaft (6), and being opened in the direction of a vehicle roof (1) when the display holding member (3) is in a stowed state. Further, the opening/closing-type monitor device has a pivotable FPC cover (4) urged by a spring (4b). When the display holding member (3) is in the stowed state, an FPC (7) is covered with the external shape of the display holding member (3) provided with the insertion hole (3c) such that it is not visually recognizable. While the display holding member (3) is rotated from the stowed state to the visually recognizable state, the FPC (7) is covered with the FPC cover (4).</p> |
