A rotor structure for a rotary heat exchanger in which heat can be exchanged in a temperature zone in which the quantity of exhaust smoke can be suppressed and which is required for superheated steam. The above is achieved by eliminating both a problem of corrosion or embrittlement of metallic materials in a rotary supporting part and driving part of a rotor of a rotary heat storage body occurring when steam is heated using high temperature gas generated through waste treatment and a problem of damage of the rotary heat storage body due to thermal strain. In a rotor structure of a rotary heat exchanger (1) having a rotary heat storage section (3) of a heat storage material (30) that has a fluid channel (31) for heat exchange and is rotatably supported by a shaft (2), a cooling passage is formed in the shaft (2), jackets (22) are provided radially from the shaft (2), the insides of the jackets (22) are communicated with the cooling passage, the heat storage material (30) is held by the jackets (22), and thus the rotary heat storage section (3) is formed.
|
