<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time to be required for automatic measurement of speakers in an audio reproducing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The audio reproducing apparatus for outputting audio signals to a plurality of speakers including a speaker provided with an amplifier for turning off a power supply when an audio signal of a previously set volume level and more is not input after the lapse of previously set time and turning on the power supply when the audio signal of the previously set volume level and more is input in the OFF state of the power supply is provided with: a measurement signal output means for outputting a measurement signal for correcting the delay time of each speaker; a microphone for collecting speaker output sounds when the measurement signals are input to respective speakers; a measuring means for measuring the delay time by using audio signals collected by the microphone; and a control means for outputting measuring signals to the speaker to be measured at first and the speaker provided with the amplifier and measuring the speaker to be measured at first and then measuring the speaker provided with the amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
