<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize some transaction of a client with a recipient while concealing personal information about the recipient except an email address from the client. <P>SOLUTION: An email address of a recipient and request information are received from a client, and identification information to the request information is generated and sent to the received email address. The email address and identification information are then received from the recipient, and the received email address and identification information are used for authenticating the recipient. If the authentication is successful, personal information about the recipient is received.
