<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operating noise of a hydrogen-diluting fan from getting louder at the time of starting and stopping operations. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of starting or stopping operations, an ECU 9 makes a switching control of a hydrogen purge valve 7 so as to intermittently exhaust hydrogen outside a system, and restrains a volume of hydrogen exhausted outside the system during the starting or stopping operations. With this, the number of rotation of the hydrogen-diluting fan 8 can be reduced during the starting or stopping operations, so that operating noise of the hydrogen-diluting fan 8 can be prevented from getting louder during the starting or stopping operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
