<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an information requesting person to easily and freely obtain the information even when the person does not have the information to specify the information source such as a URL and a phone number. <P>SOLUTION: The information provision device comprises: an information DB 27 which stores information to provide; an infrared receiving part 24 which has directional characteristics and receives a signal wirelessly transmitted from an information terminal device 1; a command analysis part 25 which extracts information from the signal received by the infrared receiving part 24; a request command processing part 28 which at least transmits a signal containing the predetermined information stored in the information DB 27 to an information control device, and receives the signal transmitted from the information control device; and a radio wave transmitting part 29 which at least transmits a signal containing the information on the result of the request for the request information extracted by the command analysis part 25 to the information terminal device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
