PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainfall information distribution system which distributes the rainfall information of an area in time when a customer wants to know it. SOLUTION: The rainfall information distribution system 1 is provided with the control part 10, the transmission/reception part 11, the customer information DB 12, and the map information DB 13, wherein the control part 10 estimates the region of rainfall at each estimated time after elapsed by 1-6 hours from the rainfall data received by the transmission/reception part 11, and send an information mail to the customer only if it is determined by checking that the objective position and the objective time stored in the customer information DB 12 are included in the estimated rainfall area and estimated time.
