PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible boot having light and compact construction while sufficiently satisfying performance required for the constant velocity flexible boot to be used for a rear axle driving shaft. SOLUTION: The constant velocity flexible boot has a small diameter mounting portion at one end, to be mounted on the shaft member of a constant velocity joint, a large diameter mounting portion at the other end, to be mounted on the outer ring of the constant velocity joint, and a bellows portion having one or more mountains and valleys and provided between both mounting portions. The large diameter mounting portion and the bellows portion, and the small diameter mounting portion and the bellows portion are connected to each other via linear portions, respectively. The axial distance of each of the linear portions is 20% or longer of a whole axial distance from a boundary between the large diameter mounting portion and the linear portion adjacent thereto to a boundary between the small diameter mounting portion and the linear portion adjacent thereto, and the axial distance of the bellows portion is 20-60% of the whole axial distance.
