PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of an air-fuel mixture controlling means composed of a suction air flow reinforcing means, a combustion supply means, etc. without being affected by influence such as unevenness per engine, unevenness of parts, change with age, etc. to specify an abnormal section. SOLUTION: This engine diagnostic device is provided with a switching means for switching the air-fuel mixture controlling means in accordance with an operation condition of the engine, a combustion condition detection means for detecting a combustion condition of the engine, and a determining means for determining abnormality based on the combustion condition detected per air-fuel mixture controlling means switched by the switching means.
