PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact three-way valve having a simple configuration and a simple structure and capable of facilitating piping. SOLUTION: This three-way valve is constituted by forming a first port 1 to a third port 3 in a metallic block body 100 and switching flow of high pressure refrigerant and low pressure refrigerant in each port. The high pressure refrigerant lets the second port 2 act to let the low pressure refrigerant flow out from the first port 1 into the third port 3 by turning off an electromagnetic part D provided in the block body 100 by a main valve part A and a check valve part C formed in the block body 100, and the low pressure refrigerant lets the third port 3 act to let the high pressure refrigerant flow out from the second port 2 into the first port 1 by turning on the electromagnetic part D.
