PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a detection accuracy for intake air amount sucked into an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This intake device 10 is formed by connecting the first to fourth branch pipes 36a to 36d of an intake manifold 34 to first to fourth cylinder chambers 12a to 12d forming the engine 14 and connecting a throttled body 44 having a throttle valve 42 to the collecting pipe 38 of an intake manifold 34. A bypass pipe 58 is connected only between the collecting pipe 38 on the downstream side of the throttle valve 42 and the second to third branch pipes 36b and 36c among the first to fourth branch pipes 36a to 36d. A part of the intake air flowing in the intake manifold 34 is branched to the bypass pipe 58 and flows, and the amount of the intake air is detected by an airflow meter 72 installed in the bypass pipe 58.
