MICROWAVE SENSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave sensor capable of stopping a microwave oscillator by immediately sensing the leak accident of microwaves which is produced when a hole is bored in the outer surface of a housing equipped with the microwave oscillator. SOLUTION: The microwave sensor is constituted by arranging a microwave sensing diode 11 on the outer surface of the housing 3 equipped with the microwave oscillator 2 and equipped with a control unit 14 for stopping the microwave oscillator 2 when microwaves are sensed by the microwave sensing diode 11.
