发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RUBBER ROLLER AND MOLD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber roller reduced in the involution of bubbles by arranging a shaft body in a mold composed of at least three members, that are, a pipe mold main body and the pieces fitted to both ends thereof and injecting a liquid rubber material in a mold cavity to cure the same, and the mold used therein. SOLUTION: The shaft body is arranged in the mold having a plurality of the material injection ports with respect to a mold cavity and also having a material storing part for distributing a rubber material to the material injection ports on this side of the material injection ports. The liquid rubber material is injected in the mold cavity and cured to mold the rubber roller. In this manufacturing method of the rubber roller, a material flow direction is once widened in a circumferential direction in the material storing part and the material storing part in the vicinity of the material injection ports is formed into a ring shape becoming small in cross-sectional area toward the injection parts.
