MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RING-SHAPED MOLDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insufficient point of a conventional molding technique with respect to workability, a yield and quality in the molding of a resin molded product for a rotary body. SOLUTION: This ring-shaped molding material for the molded product for the rotary body is manufactured by a process (1) for impregnating a ring-shaped fiber reinforcing base material 12 with a thermosetting resin varnish, a process (2) for heating and drying the ring-shaped fiber reinforcing base material 12 at the curing advancing temperature of a thermosetting resin to advance the curing of the resin to a B-stage state and a process (3) for performing the heating and drying of the ring-shaped fiber reinforcing base material 12 at a temperature not advancing the curing of the resin to remove the solvent contained in the ring-shaped fiber reinforcing base material 12. The processes (2) and (3) may be performed in this order after the process (1), and the process (2) may be performed after the process (3). The ring-shaped molding material thus prepared is compression-molded under heating to manufacture the ring-shaped resin molded product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
