MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FOAMED WALLPAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of foamed wallpaper which includes a process for performing the extrusion molding of a composition based on an EVA resin and achieves a good foamed state and the prevention of the scorching of a paper base material after thermal foaming at the same time. SOLUTION: After a composition for forming a foamed resin layer is laminated on the paper base material by extrusion molding, the electron beam curable resin contained in the composition is crosslinked by the irradiation with an electron beam and the composition is subsequently foamed by heating to manufacturing the foamed wallpaper. This manufacturing method of the foamed wallpaper is characterized in that (1) the electron beam curable resin contained in the composition is an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin of which the melt flow rate measured at 190°C is 40-120 g/10 min and the vinyl acetate content is 10-30 wt.% and (2) the composition contains a foaming agent and triallyl isocyanurate represented by the formula (A) being a crosslinking aid.
