PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film reduced in optical anisotropy (Re, Rth), substantially having optical isotropy and reduced in the wavelength dispersion of the optical anisotropy (Re, Rth). SOLUTION: The cellulose acylate film is composed of at least two layers and the types and/or amounts of the additives of the outermost and innermost layers of the cellulose acylate film are different.
