PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a radiator from a front part of a vehicle body frame to other places, for example, a vehicle body inner part by improving a radiator arrangement structure of the motorcycle; and to improve appearance of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: In the motorcycle equipped with a water cooling type engine 12, the radiator 75 is mounted on a front part of a rear fender 47 covering a front part and an upper part of a rear wheel 16, a front part of the radiator 75 is covered by an engine 12, and a rear part of the radiator 75 is covered by the rear wheel 16.
