PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive assisting device capable of reducing a driver's feeling of discomfort when indicating information on the driving support. SOLUTION: The drive assisting device 1 detects the direction of the sight line of a driver, and estimates an object carefully watched by the driver. When it is estimated that the driver is returned from the mirror watching state to the forward watching state, the drive assisting device 1 estimates whether or not the attention of the driver to a mirror is continued. A case in which the attention of the driver is continued may be defined as a case in which the driver wishes to have information reflected on the mirror. When it is estimated that the attention of the driver is continued, the drive supporting device 1 detects information corresponding to the information obtained when the driver visually recognizes the mirror, and informs drive assisting information based on detected information.
