PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound, a composition and a method for curing or preventing hemopoiesis trouble and modifying hemopoiesis by solving such problems that the body can not resist a pathogenic infectious organism when live myeloid stem cells fail to reproduce and differentiate swiftly enough to supplement white blood cells and that suppressed production of red blood cells may result in anemia. SOLUTION: A kind of oxypurine nucleoside, a homologue of such oxypurine nucleoside, an acyl derivative thereof and a composition containing at least one of these compounds are provided.
