PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an angle in the internal of a patient when being used as an endoscope, have little possibility of injuring the organ even if rotating it in the internal of the patient, dispense with a replacement according to the state of an operation and reduce a burden imposed on the patient and an operator. SOLUTION: This distal end angle changing mechanism is provided with a hard tube part, a tubular distal end body swingably supported at the distal end of the hard tube part, a slider part disposed slidably inside the hard tube part, and a hard rod-shaped guide member having one end rotationally connected to the distal end body and the other end rotationally connected to the slider part.
