<p>In a radio communication system for radio communication between a plurality of base stations and a plurality of mobile stations, handover control is performed as follows. Prior to a handover, a necessary radio resource is assured in a radio base station of the handover destination, after which a handover is performed. To assure the radio resource, one or more mobile stations already communicating in the radio base station of the handover destination is made to handover to another radio base station, thereby assuring the radio resource of the handover destination base station. After this, a handover is performed.</p> |
