<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cold-finished steel bar having excellent surface property. <P>SOLUTION: A coil-like stock material of a cold-finished steel bar is loaded on a supply stand, and lubricant is sprayed by a lubricant coating means before uncoiling, and preferably sprayed in a mist from an upper part of the supply stand.
