摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method suitable for efficiently obtaining a nitrogen-rich gas by using a compressor having a small capacity as a means for supplying a material gas to an adsorption column. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the adsorption columns 1 and 2 are used, and each column repeats a series of an adsorption, collection and decompression, regeneration, and collection and pressurization processes as follows: in the adsorption process, the material gas G1 is introduced from one end of the column, unnecessary components in the gas G1 are adsorbed by an adsorbent, and the nitrogen-rich gas G2 is derived from the other end of the column; in the collection and decompression process, a collected gas G4 is derived from the column to reduce the pressure in the column; in the regeneration process, the gas G2 is introduced from one end of the column, the unnecessary components are desorbed from the adsorbent, and a desorption gas G3 is discharged from the other end; and in the collection and pressurization process, the gas G4 is introduced from one end of the column and the gas G1 is introduced from the other end thereof to increase the pressure in the column. A part of the gas G2 from the column 1 (or 2) in the adsorption process is introduced into the column 2 (or 1) in the regeneration process, and the gas G4 from the column 1 (or 2) in the collection and decompression process is introduced into the column 2 (1) in the collection and pressurization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
