THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product having excellent balance of physical properties by preventing secondary aggregation of a layered compound and finely dispersing the layered compound in a thermoplastic resin and to provide a thermoplastic resin composition for affording the molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is characterized as follows. The layered compound treated with a nonionic compound and the thermoplastic resin are pre-melted at a temperature not higher than the temperature for decomposing or eliminating the nonionic compound to provide a resin composition. The resultant resin composition is then diluted with another kind or the same kind of thermoplastic resin. Thereby, the thermoplastic resin composition is produced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
